We are in day 5 of this heatwave and I am ready to move to Alaska, seriously! I hate being couped up in this house. I was supposed to go up and work for MIL this week but with the heat index at 110F I won’t be working outside, trust me. I am hoping to be able to go up this weekend. I need the money and she needs the help. It will most likely rain this weekend but she already said she has plenty of inside work to be done as well as outside work so we’re set.

I got on the Wii Fit here just a while ago to weigh myself and I have lost 2.4 lbs since Tuesday! it’s because I can’t eat with this heat! Ewww. Food grosses me out when it’s this hot! Last night for supper we both just had an Ice cold salad. Hubby had German Potato Salad and I had a Veggie Pasta Salad. We both just could not bear the thought of eating something hot. I think tonight it’s just gonna be a couple of Hoagies and an ice cold drink! Seriously, who needs Lipofuze when it’s this hot and you can just sweat it off or take it off by not being able to eat? *lol* Yesterday for lunch – I had 2 popsicles for pete’s sake! *lol* It’s just too damn hot. They say it’s gonna break by this weekend and I, for one, can’t wait! Of course when you wait for something – time won’t go by fast enough!
